You can also cancel your declaration at any time by filling in all the required details on the form, and by ticking the CANCELLATION box before submitting the Declaration form again - we’ll then remove you from our Gift Aid claims.
The ‘required’ fields are needed by HMRC for us to submit a Gift Aid - if you’re happy to share the additional email and phone details, it makes it easier for us to contact you if needed.
